What it is: Home insurance for rental property owners.
Who it’s for: People who rent out a house, condo, or multi-unit property.

Commonly covers:

• The structure (the building you own)
• Landlord liability (injury claims from tenants/guests)
• Loss of rental income if the unit becomes unlivable due to a covered claim

Not the same as renters insurance: Tenants should insure their own belongings separately.
